Digital Trends

Phil was a semi-regular contributor to the Digital Trends video library, including shorts and full-length features. These are a small sampling of videos produced for Digital Trends.

Modern Dad (2016-2021)

Modern Dad was a video-centric brand created by Mobile Nations in 2016. The premise was tech from the standpoint of someone a little further along in life, with a spouse and children and a mortgage. (See the full Modern Dad channel here.)

Android Central (2009-2016)

Phil was editor-in-chief of Android Central from 2009 to 2016 (part of the Mobile Nations family of properties) and one of many who appeared on video for the site in an era in which YouTube was considered more of a place to host and store videos than it was a prime destination.

Pensacola Youth Soccer (2019 - current)

Pensacola Youth Soccer is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that runs the recreational soccer league for the City of Pensacola. Phil served as its first president and handled communications as part of his other volunteer duties with the organization.
